Directory terms of use

These terms govern the listing of professionals in the directory published on the Ovulate website (the “directory”). They apply to anyone who creates or manages a listing from Ovulate Pro and serve as information on the processing of listing data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). They supplement Ovulate’s general terms of use and privacy policy.

1. Publisher of the directory

The directory is published by [company name, legal form, registered office], reachable at contact@ovulate.fr (“Ovulate”).

2. Purpose and free of charge

The directory helps people who observe their cycle find a professional to support them. Listing is free of charge and does not require an Ovulate Pro subscription. It creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship between Ovulate and the professional.

3. Who can be listed

Ovulate may refuse a listing, ask for more information or suspend a published listing, in particular if the declared status cannot be verified or if the listing does not comply with these terms. The decision is sent by e-mail.
