Health data under Article 9 of the GDPR: Ovulate relies exclusively on HDS-certified European infrastructure, out of reach of extraterritorial legislation (Cloud Act, FISA).

Ovulate builds on the principles of the symptothermal method, a scientifically documented approach to cycle observation with decades of research behind it. Its implementation is validated by midwife expertise, guaranteeing the rigour of every reading rule.
Two independent indicators — temperature and cervical observation — confirm each other before any conclusion about your fertile window. This double check is what separates a rigorous observation method from a simple average-based calculation.
