How do my patients give me access to their data?
Through a linking code they generate themselves in the Ovulate app. Access is revocable at any time, from their side.
Does Ovulate Pro handle invoicing?
No: Ovulate Pro does not replace your invoicing software. It lets you send payment links to your patients so they can pay for their consultations, and you keep your current tool for invoicing.
Is it GDPR-compliant for health data?
Yes: HDS-certified hosting in Europe, end-to-end encrypted sharing, and a processing agreement compliant with GDPR article 28. You remain the data controller.
Can I export my records if I switch tools?
Yes, at any time and in a usable format. Portability is a GDPR right and a built-in feature.
Do I need sympto-thermal training to use Ovulate Pro?
Ovulate Pro is for professionals who already support the sympto-thermal method. The tool applies the method's rules, it does not teach them.
